1. Provide exceptional reception services to guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
2. Collaborate closely with the Front Office Manager, Concierges, Butlers, and Housekeeping teams to deliver bespoke service.
3. Uphold the values of the establishment from guest arrival to departure, including billing processes.
4. Anticipate guest needs and offer expert advice, adhering to quality standards.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is advantageous.
3. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Opera Cloud and 7Rooms is preferred.
5. Knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance standards is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality is required.

Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during working hours, uniform provided and laundered, transportation costs covered (€100 each way), potential bicycle loan (conditions apply), and the opportunity to work with passionate teams.
