1. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing teams dedicated to rooms and public areas.
2. Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments to create bespoke guest services.
3. Ensure all spaces reflect the Maison's commitment to excellence through meticulous attention to detail.
4. Elevate guest experiences by overseeing the preparation and maintenance of rooms.
5. Ensure the proper functioning of intelligent systems within the property.

1. Diploma in hotel management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Opera, and Materials Control.
3. Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards.
4. Rigor, precision, and attention to detail.
5. Ability to develop and mentor team members.
6. Flexibility and adaptability.
7. Exceptional service orientation.

Minimum of 5 years in luxury hotels and resort operations.

Diploma in hotel management.
