1. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in coordinating daily housekeeping operations.
2. Ensure all villas and public areas are clean, sanitized, and fully operational.
3. Supervise housekeeping staff, known as Ambassadeurs.
4. Produce budgets and reports for housekeeping operations.
5. Manage and maintain housekeeping inventory.

1. Degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.

1. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and safety standards.
2. Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
4. Proficiency in housekeeping management software, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort is required.

Degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
