1. Ensure quality assurance in guest apartments, including bath rituals, luggage service, and storage.
2. Train and supervise housekeeping teams, including chambermaids, valets, and public area attendants.
3. Participate in room preparation for guests and maintain quality assurance throughout their stay.
4. Inspect rooms managed by housekeepers and ensure VIP room standards.
5. Oversee and organize floor inventory and supply management.
6. Conduct service openings and closings.
7. Monitor valet services and ensure quality of guest linens.
8. Quickly assimilate and apply LQA technical points.
9. Provide personalized guest welcome in assigned sector.
10. Serve as a reference for Vapodil training and LQA criteria.
11. Maintain client relations and continuously improve service quality.
12. Perform duties of day or evening housekeepers in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
13. Prioritize and inspect rooms requested by Reception and VIP rooms.
14. Address issues related to guest laundry and ironing.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
