1. Ensure quality assurance for guest accommodations, including amenities and services.
2. Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including chambermaids and porters, on floors and in public areas.
3. Participate in room preparation and quality assurance throughout guests' stays.
4. Oversee and organize the management of floor orders and inventory.
5. Conduct service openings and closings.
6. Monitor valet service and ensure quality of guest laundry services.
7. Serve as a reference for Vapodil training and LQA criteria.
8. Maintain guest relations and enhance service quality.
9. Supervise inventory management and control housekeeping tasks.
10. Ensure VIP room standards and address guest laundry and ironing issues.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven ability to manage and train housekeeping teams.
3. Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
