1. Monitor weekly supply unloading, receiving, and storing processes.
2. Oversee daily issues in stores and ensure resolution.
3. Check receiving, spoilage, and discrepancy reports regularly.
4. Verify all store issues and Goods Received Notes (GRN) booked in the Material Control (MC) system.
5. Complete all inter-department transfers in the MC system daily.
6. Create new articles in the MC system upon departmental requests.
7. Conduct outlet spot checks and report discrepancies to the cost controller.
8. Maintain a close working relationship with the Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and Purchasing Manager to address potential problems or opportunities.
9. Provide leave cover for the Cost Controller during absences.
10. Supervise monthly stock takes and investigate any variances.
11. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

1. High School Diploma or a Diploma in a relevant field.
2. Proven track record of cost controlling in a resort or hotel environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2. Excellent knowledge of Opera Cloud, Material Control, and Micros 9700 HMS-POS.
3. Ability to manage priorities independently with thoroughness and attention to detail.
4. Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
6. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level experience in cost controlling within a resort or hotel environment is required.

High School Diploma or a Diploma in a relevant field.
