1. Assist the Beach Manager in organizing and managing the beach area, ensuring a refined and memorable experience for guests.
2. Create a warm and comfortable atmosphere, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
3. Supervise and support the beach team, overseeing the setup of spaces, and the service of beverages and refreshments.
4. Ensure adherence to the Maison's standards of excellence and hygiene.
5. Anticipate guest needs to provide personalized and attentive service, coordinating with other teams within the Maison.
6. Contribute to making each beach moment an elegant, seamless, and unforgettable experience for guests.

1. BNSSA certification mandatory
2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar luxury establishment
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurant

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards
2. Fluent in English and French, both oral and written
3. Mastery of service techniques
4. Strong attention to detail and precision
5. Excellent service and listening skills
6. Exceptional interpersonal and team spirit

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent

Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during work hours, uniform provided and laundered, transportation costs covered (€100 each way), potential for bicycle loan (conditions apply), and a passionate team environment.
