1. Assist the bartender in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure the seamless operation of the service by managing the supply of the sales point.
3. Actively participate in beverage service, maintaining a bespoke presentation that meets Cheval Blanc standards.
4. Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure harmonious service.
5. Promote the restaurants and dining events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
6. Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
7. Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
8. Rigor, precision, and organizational skills.
9. Empathy, ability to anticipate, and proactive approach.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environment.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
