1. Contribute to the ambiance and high-quality service of the bar, adhering to hotel and outlet procedures.
2. Assist in the production, service, and clearing of beverages and dishes.
3. Ensure client satisfaction during service and communicate feedback to direct supervisors.
4. Manage the setup and supply of the bar.
5. Perform clearing and cleaning duties during service.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and equipment.
7. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
8. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Consistently exhibit a commercial attitude towards customers, including greeting, seating, cloakroom service, and departure.
10. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environments
