1. Contribute to the ambiance and high-quality service of the bar, adhering to hotel and outlet procedures.
2. Participate in the production, service, and clearing of beverages and dishes.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing all client requests during service and communicating feedback to direct supervisors.
4. Manage the setup and supply of the bar.
5. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the bar and equipment during service.
6. Maintain relationships with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
7. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
8. Continuously develop a commercial attitude towards clientele, including greeting, seating, and service.
9. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
10. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety and accident risks to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant settings, including internships or initial work experience.

BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
