- Contribute to the ambiance and high-quality service of the bar, adhering to hotel and outlet procedures.
- Participate in the production, service, and clearing of beverages and dishes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing all client requests during service and communicating feedback to direct supervisors.
- Manage the setup and supply of the bar.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of the bar and equipment during service.
- Maintain relationships with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Continuously develop a commercial attitude towards clientele, including greeting, seating, and service.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety and accident risks to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant settings, including internships or initial work experience.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
