- Assist the Bar Manager in daily operations, ensuring a high-quality service and ambiance for guests.
- Foster team cohesion and support the professional development of bar staff.
- Uphold the bar's image through teamwork, leadership, and adherence to guidelines.
- Drive team training, knowledge transfer, and talent identification.
- Monitor work hours, manage schedules, and oversee general bar organization.
- Ensure compliance with service standards for cocktails and spirits.
- Supervise billing and cash handling processes.
- Participate in and lead daily briefings.
- Maintain bar standards, equipment, and adherence to beverage legislation.
- Recruit new talents in collaboration with the Head Bartender.
- Manage time and recovery for staff, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Create and update the bar menu.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
- Oral and written communication proficiency.
- Empathy, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury establishment is required.
Advanced degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
