1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Contribute to the exceptional service experience by maintaining cleanliness and supply levels during service.
3. Actively participate in the service of food and beverages, supporting the Chef de Rang with tailored presentation.
4. Facilitate seamless coordination and communication between the kitchen, pantry, wine cellar, and stewarding departments.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
4. Strong gastronomic culture

1. Sales and communication skills
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management is required.
