1. Assist in the setup and maintenance of the room service area, ensuring cleanliness and optimal supply levels throughout service hours.
2. Support the Room Service Manager in liaising with suppliers, including kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction through discreet and professional service.
4. Stay informed about daily restaurant activities and VIP guest arrivals.
5. Serve tables with discretion and professionalism, capable of preparing food and beverage orders.
6. Maintain cleanliness and order in the room service area during service periods.
7. Ensure proper storage and organization of condiments and supplies at the workstation.
8. Report guest feedback, both positive and negative, to supervisors.
9. Conscientiously maintain equipment and small tools.
10. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and ambassadors from other departments.
11. Assist in ensuring compliance with procedures and standards.
12. Ensure all service and storage areas are safe and clean.
13. Contribute to minimizing losses and negligence related to equipment breakage and control of food and beverage supplies.
14. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the room service and service areas.
15. Facilitate communication with kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
16. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the point of sale.
17. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
18. Develop a commercial attitude towards guests under the supervision of the head waiter, maître d'hôtel, or manager.
19. Participate in the replenishment of minibars under the supervision of direct superiors or butlers.
20. Actively participate in client reception preparations and assist in their setup when necessary.
21. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
22. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety or accident risks.

1. Higher education in Hospitality/Catering (e.g., BTS)
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred dining
4. Strong gastronomic culture
