- Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions, including registrations, notifications, and venue arrangements.
- Maintain administrative records for training, including attendance sheets and updates to the training management system.
- Manage inventory for training materials and ambassador life activities.
- Assist in organizing and conducting tours for new ambassadors and students.
- Participate in the organization and management of internal events such as 'Artisan of the Month' and ambassador recognition events.
- Oversee the ambassador recognition policy, including milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and tenure.
- Contribute to the development of the annual events calendar under the guidance of the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
- Participate in specific projects as requested by the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
- Discretion and practical mindset with adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
- Fluency in French; English proficiency is appreciated.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
