1. Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions, including registrations, notifications, and venue arrangements.
2. Maintain administrative records for training, including attendance sheets and updates to the training management system.
3. Manage inventory for training materials and ambassador life activities.
4. Assist in organizing and conducting tours for new ambassadors and students.
5. Participate in the organization and management of internal events such as 'Artisan of the Month' and ambassador recognition events.
6. Oversee the ambassador recognition policy, including milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and tenure.
7. Contribute to the development of the annual events calendar under the guidance of the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
8. Participate in specific projects as requested by the Training and Ambassador Life Manager.
9. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.

1. Pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.

4. Autonomy and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
5. Passion for the hospitality industry.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
7. Fluency in French; English proficiency is appreciated.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
