3. Ensure service is conducted according to hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the reception of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to superiors.
