Cheval Blanc Administrative Coordinator - Patisserie

- Assist Production Chefs, Sous-Chefs, and laboratory management with administrative, logistical, and organizational tasks.
- Act as a central liaison between various departments such as quality, product design, packaging, and sales.
- Maintain and update technical sheets and cost calculations in collaboration with Sous-Chefs.
- Coordinate meetings and manage scheduling for maintenance, technical visits, and other appointments.
- Participate in interdepartmental coordination meetings and represent chefs when necessary.
- Draft meeting minutes and track action items and deadlines.
- Facilitate information flow between internal departments and external teams.
- Support administrative HR functions including onboarding, absence tracking, and scheduling.
- Manage uniform and laundry allocations.
- Plan team schedules using internal tools and manage attendance and leave requests.
- Welcome and integrate new team members, providing them with orientation materials.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a demanding environment such as gastronomy, luxury, or high-end artisanal production.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and planning tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and anticipate needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude with a high degree of confidentiality.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-demand environment such as luxury gastronomy or high-end production.
