- Provide essential administrative support to the culinary teams, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to maintain organizational standards and efficiency.
- Manage and update technical sheets, oversee hygiene action plans, and coordinate orders and supplier relations.
- Assist in scheduling, administrative tracking of kitchen staff, and time management reporting.
- Facilitate clear and reliable information transmission, organize service meetings, and assist the Executive Chef with agenda management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administrative Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar establishment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal management tools such as Bodet, Knowcross, Opera Cloud.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Ability to draft and update technical and administrative documents with precision and clarity.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or fine dining sector is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administrative Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross, meals provided during work hours, provided and laundered uniforms, transportation costs covered (€100 each way), potential bicycle loan (conditions apply), and the opportunity to work with passionate teams.
