Cheval Blanc is the luxury hospitality collection of LVMH, operating a portfolio of intimate, design-led Maisons that combine haute couture service with bespoke culinary and wellness experiences. 1. Manage accounts payable and/or accounts receivable from invoice receipt through to payment, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and deadlines.
2. Perform regular bank reconciliations and control of cash receipts; produce the daily revenue report and monitor cash collection processes.
3. Execute monthly closing journal entries and contribute to management accounting and the preparation/review of monthly financial reporting.
4. Conduct income audit activities and validate data from enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends and propose process improvements to increase financial reliability and efficiency.
6. Maintain administrative follow-up for insurance, taxes, expense claims and contracts, ensuring documentation is up to date and compliant.

1. BTS in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years' accounting experience in luxury hospitality or a starred restaurant environment.
3. Solid knowledge of hotel or restaurant accounting processes including income audit and management accounting.
4. Fluent French (oral and written); English language skills are an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience in a luxury hotel or starred-restaurant environment, with demonstrated competence in AP/AR, revenue control and monthly closings.

BTS Comptabilité (two-year technical diploma in accounting) or equivalent.
