1. Manage and monitor a portfolio of partners, including daily order processing from entry to shipment.
2. Direct requests towards available stock and propose suitable alternatives when products are unavailable.
3. Provide communication, advice, and support regarding order evolution to network partners and relay information to internal services.
4. Conduct backorder portfolio operations to optimize merchandise availability and ensure accurate sales tracking.
5. Coordinate with impacted internal services such as after-sales, stock, accounting, and more.
6. Develop and enhance tools and reports necessary for regional activity management.
7. Perform reporting and analyses, including sell-in and sell-out, and contribute to business review analyses.
8. Monitor existing reports, including reorder, monthly billing, and return tracking.
9. Create new reports for custom order tracking, service analysis, reception delays, and new launches.
10. Automate reports for increased reliability and responsiveness, and optimize existing files.
11. Track report migrations and produce ad hoc reports and alerts.
12. Participate in the creation and dissemination of training tools in collaboration with the training department.
13. Engage in Maison showrooms and events.
14. Collaborate with the area manager on in-store animation follow-ups.

1. Minimum BAC+2/3 education level

3. Proficiency in numerical data manipulation, particularly in Excel
4. Versatility
5. Business-oriented with a focus on client relations and high-quality response delivery
6. Anticipation, reactivity, rigor, and organizational skills
