1. Manage and monitor a portfolio of partners, handling daily client orders from entry to dispatch.
2. Direct requests towards available stock and propose suitable alternatives when products are unavailable.
3. Provide communication, advice, and support regarding order evolution to network partners and relay information to internal services.
4. Conduct backorder portfolio operations to optimize merchandise availability and ensure revenue tracking.
5. Coordinate with impacted internal services such as after-sales, stock, accounting, and more.
6. Develop and enhance tools and reports necessary for zone activity management.
7. Perform reporting and analysis of sell-in and sell-out, contributing to business review analyses.
8. Monitor existing reports on reorder, monthly billing, and returns tracking.
9. Create new reports for custom orders, service analysis, reception delays, and new launches.
10. Automate reports to improve reliability and responsiveness, optimizing existing files.
11. Track report migrations and produce ad hoc reports, raising alerts when necessary.
12. Participate in the creation and dissemination of training tools in collaboration with the training department.
13. Engage in showroom and brand events, collaborating with the area manager on in-store animations.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2/3 minimum)
