Chaumet Wholesale Sales Assistant Intern

- Manage and monitor a portfolio of partners, handling daily client orders from entry to dispatch.
- Direct requests towards available stock and propose suitable alternatives when products are unavailable.
- Provide communication, advice, and support regarding order evolution to network partners and relay information to internal services.
- Conduct backorder portfolio operations to optimize merchandise availability and ensure revenue tracking.
- Coordinate with impacted internal services such as after-sales, stock, accounting, and more.
- Develop and enhance tools and reports necessary for zone activity management.
- Perform reporting and analysis of sell-in and sell-out, contributing to business review analyses.
- Monitor existing reports on reorder, monthly billing, and returns tracking.
- Create new reports for custom orders, service analysis, reception delays, and new launches.
- Automate reports to improve reliability and responsiveness, optimizing existing files.
- Track report migrations and produce ad hoc reports, raising alerts when necessary.
- Participate in the creation and dissemination of training tools in collaboration with the training department.
- Engage in showroom and brand events, collaborating with the area manager on in-store animations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2/3 minimum)
- Quick assimilation of information
- Strong analytical and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in numerical data handling (Excel)

Entry-level experience is acceptable.
