1. Manage and monitor a portfolio of partners, handling daily client orders from entry to dispatch.
2. Direct requests towards available stock and propose suitable alternatives when products are unavailable.
3. Provide communication, advice, and support on order progress to network partners and relay information to internal services.
4. Conduct back-order portfolio operations to optimize merchandise availability and ensure proper sales tracking.
5. Coordinate with internal services such as after-sales, stock, accounting, and others impacted by operations.
6. Develop and enhance tools and reports necessary for regional activity management.
7. Prepare and analyze reports (sell-in and sell-out), contribute to business reviews, and track existing reports (reorders, monthly billing, returns).
8. Create new reports (custom order tracking, service analysis, reception delays, new launches) and automate existing ones for improved reliability and responsiveness.
9. Participate in the creation and dissemination of training tools in collaboration with the training department.
10. Engage in showroom and Maison events, collaborating with the area manager to monitor in-store promotions.
