Chaumet Visual Merchandising Manager

- Coordinate store renovations and openings, including active participation in briefs and installation organization.
- Enhance the brand image through the management and monitoring of exterior and interior window scenography, and the installation of new decor.
- Ensure adherence to international visual merchandising guidelines for new collection launches, adapting them to specific markets and points of sale.
- Organize events, providing operational support and liaising with stores, retailers, and sales teams.
- Manage store merchandising materials and associated budgets.
- Conduct regular field visits across Europe to ensure brand consistency.
- Supervise a Visual Merchandising intern.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
- Advanced degree (Bac +5) from a Business School or School of Applied Arts.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry and watchmaking.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy, reactivity, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Artistic and creative sensitivity.
- Operational capability with a strong field presence.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
