Chaumet Visual Merchandiser

- Develop and execute Chaumet’s global visual merchandising strategies across flagship stores and regional boutiques.
- Ensure displays, windows, and in-store presentations reflect Chaumet's heritage, elegance, and luxury.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Middle East and the global VM team to adapt visual displays to regional preferences while maintaining Chaumet's iconic image.
- Work closely with boutique teams to tailor visual merchandising plans to specific store needs.
- Oversee maintenance and refresh of visual displays, conducting regular store visits to ensure consistency with Chaumet’s luxury standards.
- Act as a point of reference for in-store VM ambassadors, providing support, guidance, and training.
- Manage VM display stock, including inventory tracking and order placement.
- Provide reports and documentation following each project or window installation for alignment and follow-up.
- Assist with planning and execution of temporary events or special product launches, ensuring visually compelling displays.
- Ensure all in-store experiences, from private viewings to client events, reflect Chaumet's luxury and exclusivity.
- Master’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a company or agency
- Relational intelligence for leading, coordinating, and exchanging with diverse international interlocutors
- Autonomous and organized with a team spirit and proactive approach
- Keen eye for details and aesthetics
- Interest in the jewelry industry
- Availability for business travel
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of 3 years in a similar visual merchandising role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Master’s degree
