1. Adapt and implement Chaumet training programs across European markets, including France, Spain, Monaco, and the UK, acting as a business partner within the commercial team (Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing).
2. Collaborate with relevant departments to create content and programs that support regional objectives and assist in the development of sales staff through flash trainings and digital content on the ENLIGHT e-learning platform.
3. Serve as the point of contact and oversee the integration of new employees in Europe (Retail, Wholesale, HQ), including the facilitation of certain modules and performance monitoring on ENLIGHT, as well as organizing integration seminars.
4. Develop training programs with the Wholesale team for Premium partners, aligning with business objectives and market needs to enhance sell-out.
5. Monitor and report on the training activities in Europe, focusing on ROI and continuous improvement through the online e-learning tool.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 in HR/Management or Business School
2. Experience in the luxury sector (Hotels, services, Maisons, etc.) is advantageous
3. Interest in the world of Jewelry and Watchmaking
