Chaumet Training and Internal Communication Assistant

- Ensure the deployment of the development plan, including registrations and attendance, and oversee the smooth execution of training activities, covering logistics, administration, and accounting.
- Create and manage training sessions using the 360 Learning tool.
- Maintain relationships with OPCOs, overseeing ongoing files and funding requests.
- Organize integration sessions for employees in France, including participant invitations and speaker management.
- Contribute to the design of training modules for headquarters, engaging in brainstorming with the International Learning team and creating digital content such as presentations and videos.
- Propose enhancements to the Learning offer by staying informed about market trends in training.
- Draft and disseminate internal communications via email or intranet, including integrations, training newsletters, and company news.
- Assist in managing the intranet for France and globally, participating in steering committees.
- Coordinate major company events, such as the Annual Day and monthly conferences, managing supplier relationships, participant logistics, and dedicated communication plans.
- Develop and implement communications and events related to CSR initiatives, including quality of life at work, diversity and inclusion, medical concierge services, the LVMH Heart Fund, and Pride Month.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as employer branding, based on interests and development aspirations.
- Student seeking a one or two-year apprenticeship starting in September 2025.
- Enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR/communication.
- Dynamic and open-minded with a desire to learn.
- Demonstrates rigor and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive with excellent writing skills and a flair for creating visuals (e.g., Canva).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong command of written and spoken English for meetings with international markets.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university specializing in HR/communication.
Opportunity to work in a hybrid mode, combining remote and on-site work.
