- Oversee the implementation of the employee development plan, ensuring smooth execution of training activities, including logistics, administration, and accounting.
- Create and manage training sessions using the 360 Learning platform.
- Maintain relationships with OPCO, managing ongoing files and funding requests.
- Organize integration sessions for new employees in France, including participant invitations and speaker management.
- Contribute to the design of training modules for headquarters, collaborating with the International Learning team and creating digital content such as presentations and videos.
- Propose enhancements to the Learning offer by staying informed about market trends.
- Draft and disseminate internal communications via email and intranet, including integration updates, training newsletters, and Maison news.
- Assist in managing the intranet for France and globally, and participate in steering committee meetings.
- Coordinate key Maison events, such as the Annual Day and monthly conferences, handling vendor relations, participant management, and dedicated communication plans.
- Develop and implement communications and events related to CSR initiatives, including quality of life at work, diversity and inclusion, and the LVMH Heart Fund.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects, such as employer branding, based on interests and development goals.
- Student seeking a one or two-year apprenticeship starting in September 2025.
- Enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR or communication.
- Dynamic and open-minded with a strong desire to learn.
- Demonstrates rigor and excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive and innovative.
- Exceptional writing skills and a flair for visual creation, such as using Canva.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong command of written and spoken English for meetings with international markets.
