Chaumet Trade Marketing Manager - Europe

- Co-create and oversee the 360° marketing strategy and key projects for each boutique, coordinating with the Marketing team and headquarters.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and manage partnerships within and outside LVMH.
- Manage external Concierge services, support CRM & Clienteling for specific requests, and track ROI.
- Plan and execute in-store activations in collaboration with Store Directors.
- Manage and plan all High Jewelry client activations for global and regional needs.
- Support commercial partners in deploying client activations in line with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and manage large-scale regional client events, defining strategy, planning, budget, and overseeing execution.
- Manage and optimize the Trade Marketing budget, monitor performance, evaluate ROI, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Operational Marketing and event management, ideally with retail exposure.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural inclination for client relations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, artistic sensitivity, and affinity for the jewelry sector.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
A minimum of 3 years in Operational Marketing and event management, preferably with retail exposure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
