1. Oversee the entire shipment process from pick-up to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
2. Track shipments and update status in databases, troubleshooting and resolving supply chain issues.
3. Develop distribution plans and coordinate with stakeholders for timely and cost-effective replenishment.
4. Review existing supply and logistics processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
5. Analyse logistics performance metrics and propose data-driven solutions.
6. Evaluate and select transportation vendors and carriers based on performance, cost, and reliability.
7. Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data to prepare reports and communicate findings to management.
8. Optimize supply chain transportation routes and negotiate better rates with suppliers.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and mitigate potential risks in logistics operations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in logistics management, analysis, or a related role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
7. Knowledge of shipping and distribution channels, inventory management principles, and transportation regulations.
8. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software is preferred.
