1. Manage the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods throughout the organization's supply chain.
2. Support the process of receiving and dispatching shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues such as shortages, delays, and damages.
4. Develop distribution plans and coordinate with stakeholders for timely replenishment.
5. Ensure accurate recording of stock movements and inventory data.
6. Assist in improving daily processes and workflows within the supply and logistics teams.
7. Collect and analyze logistics data to enhance operations and processes.
8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
9. Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives within the supply chain.
10. Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and team members.
11. Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
12. Identify and mitigate potential risks within supply chain operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics management or a related role.

2. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
5. Knowledge of shipping, distribution, and transportation regulations.
6. Strong project management skills.

Minimum of 3 years in logistics management, analysis, or a related role.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
