Chaumet Stock Controller

- Manage inbound and outbound stock flows, including inter-boutique transfers, consignments, and shipments, adhering to security protocols and timelines.
- Replenish sales floor inventory and coordinate stock requests with European merchandising.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, both cyclical and fiscal, ensuring accuracy and security of stock levels.
- Optimize storage space and maintain Excel-based stock management files.
- Oversee cash operations, verifying billing and petty cash transactions.
- Manage orders and packaging replenishment, including shopping bags, boxes, and point-of-sale materials.
- Support sales team with morning setups and evening closures, and assist during VIP client submissions.
- Monitor customer orders, including deposits, custom orders, and special requests.
- Participate in events such as high jewelry showcases, filming, cocktail parties, and visual merchandising changes.
- Collaborate daily with headquarters and external teams to enhance inter-boutique network operations.
- Contribute to window display enhancements with the visual merchandising team.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in stock management within a retail environment.
- Reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and flexibility in managing priorities.
- Strong teamwork and customer satisfaction orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools, operational English, and ideally SAP knowledge.
Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management within a retail environment.
