Chaumet Special Orders Assistant in High Jewelry

- Coordinate special orders by managing tracking tools, market follow-ups, diamond and colored stone sourcing requests, and schedule monitoring.
- Attend regular meetings with various markets.
- Provide backup support for the special orders manager during market visits, events, and client meetings.
- Assist in creating client tools for special orders, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines agreed upon with markets.
- Facilitate the dispatch of pieces and client tools to markets.
- Aid in the preparation of KPIs and reports related to special orders activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools through training and setup.
- Organize packshots and archive drawings.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (BAC+4/5) in business school or equivalent university.
- Familiarity and experience with the luxury sector and its demands are desired.
- Product and client sensitivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Interest in jewelry is appreciated.
- Attention to detail and effective priority management.
