Chaumet Special Orders Assistant in High Jewelry

- Coordinate special order requests from various markets, including managing tracking tools, market follow-ups, diamond and colored stone sourcing requests, and schedule monitoring.
- Participate in regular meetings with different markets.
- Provide backup support for the Special Orders Manager during market visits and events.
- Assist in creating client tools for special orders, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines, including the production of gouaches, savoir-faire books, and custom packaging.
- Aid in preparing KPIs and reports related to special order activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
- Organize and archive packshots and design drawings.
- Support the Special Orders Development Project Manager by contacting workshops for quotes and timelines, and following up with suppliers on ongoing quotes and productions.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
- Knowledge and experience in the luxury sector and its demands are preferred.
- Product and client sensitivity
- Attention to detail and priority management
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
