Chaumet Special Orders Assistant, High Jewelry

- Coordinate special order requests from various markets, including managing tracking tools, market follow-ups, and sourcing diamonds and colored stones.
- Participate in regular meetings with different markets to ensure alignment and progress.
- Provide backup support for the special orders manager during market visits and client events.
- Assist in creating client tools for special orders, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Prepare KPIs and reports related to special orders activities.
- Continuously improve tools and processes, including training and setup.
- Organize and archive packshots and design drawings.
- Support the development of special orders by liaising with project managers, contacting workshops for quotes and timelines, and following up with suppliers.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in business school or equivalent university program.
- Knowledge and experience in the luxury sector and its demands are preferred.
- Product and client sensitivity.
- Interest in jewelry is appreciated.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in project coordination and management tools.
