1. Coordinate special order requests from various markets, including managing tracking tools, market follow-ups, and sourcing diamonds and colored stones.
2. Participate in regular meetings with different markets to ensure alignment and progress.
3. Provide backup support for the special orders manager during market visits and client events.
4. Assist in creating client tools for special orders, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
5. Prepare KPIs and reports related to special orders activities.
6. Continuously improve tools and processes, including training and setup.
7. Organize and archive packshots and design drawings.
8. Support the development of special orders by liaising with project managers, contacting workshops for quotes and timelines, and following up with suppliers.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in business school or equivalent university program.
2. Knowledge and experience in the luxury sector and its demands are preferred.
3. Product and client sensitivity.
4. Interest in jewelry is appreciated.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
6. Fluency in English.
