1. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
2. Adhere to all sales and operational processes in accordance with company policies.
3. Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating extensive product and brand knowledge along with superior customer service.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships with clients, including managing after-service issues.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes.
6. Maintain optimal boutique conditions at all times, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security.
7. Perform all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations within the luxury jewelry industry.
2. Proven track record of sales success.
