4. Foster high customer satisfaction to cultivate long-term relationships between the brand and its clientele, including managing after-service issues.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes.
6. Ensure the boutique is maintained in optimal condition at all times, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and security.
7. Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the luxury jewelry industry with a proven track record.
