1. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
2. Adhere to all sales and operational processes in alignment with company policies.
3. Serve as a brand ambassador, showcasing extensive product and brand knowledge alongside superior customer service.
4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships with clients, including addressing after-service issues.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes.
6. Maintain optimal boutique conditions, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
7. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience with a successful track record in the luxury jewelry industry.
2. Proven sales and result-oriented mindset.
