1. Analyze and assess the feasibility of new project briefs, proposing optimizations or alternatives as necessary.
2. Anticipate and identify project risks in collaboration with the project team, including technical feasibility, costs, and timelines.
3. Develop optimized project schedules in alignment with standard timelines and project constraints.
4. Coordinate all actions with various stakeholders.
5. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, analyzing quotes, and overseeing aesthetic and technical developments.
6. Maintain all necessary reporting tools for project tracking, including project tracking tables, and escalate issues to management as needed.
7. Lead and unify the project team, regularly updating them on progress.
8. Coordinate the entire project development with workshops responsible for manufacturing, from prototypes to pre-series validation and launch.
9. Demonstrate agility and leverage various strategies to successfully complete projects on time, adhering to aesthetic, quality, and cost requirements.
10. Contribute to the department's activities.
11. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in development, preferably in the jewelry and/or watchmaking industry.
2. Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
3. Fluent in English, with professional proficiency. Italian language skills are a plus.

2. Proactive, organized, meticulous, with strong communication skills.
3. Adaptable, flexible, and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate potential obstacles.
4. Proficiency in Excel (Office) and Power BI.
5. Familiarity with PLM systems is appreciated.

A minimum of 5 years in project management within the jewelry or watchmaking sectors is required.

Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 in business, engineering, or a related field.
