Chaumet Senior Project Manager, Jewelry Development

- Analyze and assess the feasibility of new project briefs, proposing optimizations or alternatives as necessary.
- Anticipate and identify potential risks associated with projects, including technical feasibility, costs, and timelines.
- Develop optimized project schedules in alignment with standard timelines and project constraints.
- Coordinate actions with various stakeholders involved in the projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, analyzing quotes, and overseeing aesthetic and technical developments.
- Maintain up-to-date project tracking tools and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Lead and unify the project team, regularly updating them on progress.
- Coordinate the entire project development with workshops, from prototypes to pre-series validation and launch.
- Demonstrate agility and leverage various strategies to ensure project completion within deadlines, maintaining aesthetic, quality, and cost standards.
- Contribute to departmental activities.
- Identify process improvements and propose solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in development, preferably in the jewelry or watchmaking industry.
- Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Ability to lead a multidisciplinary project team.
- Proactive, organized, and meticulous with strong communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a problem-solving orientation and the ability to anticipate potential obstacles.
- Proficiency in Excel (Office) and Power BI.
- Familiarity with PLM systems is appreciated.
A minimum of 5 years in project management within the jewelry or watchmaking sector is required.
Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 in business, engineering, or a related field.
