- Conduct research and propose innovative creative directions for recurring jewelry and watch collections, aligning with brief specifications and maintaining the Maison's stylistic coherence.
- Create intention sketches, realistic drawings, and technical designs at actual size, employing both freehand techniques and computer software.
- Develop aesthetic models using paper, wax, or resin, collaborating with the Maison's CAD experts for volumetric realization and prototype validation.
- Support the selection of stones, materials, and colors appropriate to each project.
- Prepare comprehensive dossiers for design submissions, including all pertinent data for production phases such as finishes, materials, stone types, setting techniques, and artisanal crafts.
- Oversee the development of creations in coordination with product development teams, technical offices, and workshops, ensuring industrial prototype validation.
- Maintain a constant observation of design trends in jewelry, materials, innovation, manufacturing, and associated challenges.
- Degree in jewelry design, watch design, product design, or applied arts.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in jewelry design; expertise in watchmaking is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in hand sketching and rendering using Adobe Suite or Procreate; mastery of 3D tools such as Rhinoceros is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in the complete creation cycle of a new collection, including design, volume, materials, structure, and both industrial and artisanal manufacturing techniques.
- Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of launching a new collection.
- Ability to adhere to the Maison's vision and DNA while offering creative proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Effective communication in English and/or French.
- Proactivity, organization, rigor, and autonomy.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury jewelry sector and its market dynamics.
Minimum of 5 years in jewelry design, with expertise in watchmaking considered a significant asset.
Degree in jewelry design, watch design, product design, or applied arts.
