Senior Events Specialist

Maison Chaumet, located in the heart of Place Vendome, is a prominent player in the luxury sector, symbolizing Parisian jewelry excellence since 1780. Part of the LVMH group, Chaumet is undergoing a transformation with strong sales growth and a modern repositioning.

1. Understand the local market to tailor and localize international events and retail animations.
2. Support in setting up, organizing, and monitoring events across the region.
3. Take ownership of production and setup phases, ensuring alignment with headquarters’ standards.
4. Identify and evaluate suppliers for events, conducting price and quality comparisons.
5. Coordinate operational and logistical management of events with internal and external teams.
6. Participate in internal presentations, brainstorming, and operational project monitoring meetings.
7. Propose event concepts and ensure compliance with the Maison’s codes and values.
8. Create detailed timelines, project plans, and post-event reports.
9. Contribute to the field realization of major events.
10. Optimize the digitalization of events.
11. Help in developing budgets and monitoring pre- and post-event invoicing.
12. Ensure competitive monitoring of the luxury retail and digital events sector.

1. Master’s degree
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a company or agency

3. Great sense of organization, detail, and priorities
4. Ability to synthesize and convince
5. Autonomous and organized with team spirit and proactivity
6. Interest in the jewelry industry
7. Fluent in English; French and Arabic are a plus
8. Mastery of the Office Pack

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a company or agency.
