Chaumet Senior Events Specialist

- Tailor and localize international events and retail animations to suit the local market, introducing innovative ideas and recommending suitable venues.
- Organize and monitor regional events such as collection launches, cultural exhibitions, VIP & Press client treatments, and trade fairs.
- Oversee the production and setup phases, ensuring alignment with headquarters’ standards and maintaining high-quality event executions.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, conducting price and quality comparisons to secure optimal options.
- Coordinate operational and logistical management of events with internal and external teams.
- Participate in internal presentations, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
- Propose event concepts, ensuring compliance with the Maison’s codes and brand guidelines.
- Create detailed timelines, project plans, and post-event reports, utilizing KPIs to assess event success.
- Contribute to the field realization of major events and optimize event digitalization.
- Assist in developing budgets and monitoring pre- and post-event invoicing.
- Conduct competitive monitoring of the luxury retail and digital events sector.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within a company or agency
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Arabic is advantageous
- Strong understanding of the local market and event management processes
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to synthesize information and present ideas convincingly
- Proactive and autonomous with a team spirit
- Relational intelligence to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Master’s degree in a relevant field
