Chaumet Senior Architecture Project Manager

- Conceptualize and design innovative architectural concepts that embody Chaumet's values and aesthetics for boutiques, event spaces, and pop-up stores.
- Develop creative projects from initial sketches to detailed specifications in collaboration with the Artistic Direction and internal teams.
- Select and specify high-end materials and finishes in alignment with Chaumet's image and quality standards.
- Create detailed and precise 3D models of architectural projects, incorporating technical constraints and design requirements.
- Produce photorealistic renderings, 3D plans, and virtual tours for internal validation and stakeholder presentations.
- Utilize advanced CAD/3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite) for accurate and inspiring project representations.
- Lead the overall management of construction and layout projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate internal teams (designers, marketing, retail, production) and external partners (executive architects, engineering firms, general contractors, artisans).
- Ensure execution quality, reflecting Chaumet's standard of excellence in every detail.
- Monitor compliance with local and international regulations (ERP, safety, accessibility).
- Present architectural concepts to management and business teams with clarity and conviction.
- Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Regularly report project progress to the International Architecture Director, ensuring rigorous control and communication of project statuses.
- Advanced degree in Architecture (Master's, DPLG/HMONP or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in similar roles, with significant experience in design-intensive and 3D projects, preferably in the luxury or high-end retail sector.
- A portfolio of 3D renderings and architectural projects is required.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD/3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer).
- Strong architectural design skills with a keen eye for luxury details and finishes.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality photorealistic renderings and visualizations.
- Knowledge of materials and techniques specific to luxury commercial space design.
- Sensitivity to the codes of luxury, art, and jewelry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for presentations.
- Confirmed project management experience (minimum 5 years), ideally in luxury retail, high-end interior architecture, or event management.
- Excellent leadership qualities, capable of mobilizing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both French and English.
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail essential in the luxury sector.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to manage unforeseen challenges with composure and efficiency.
- Customer service orientation and ability to understand business stakes.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is imperative.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the luxury retail, high-end interior architecture, or event management sectors.
Advanced degree in Architecture (Master's, DPLG/HMONP or equivalent).
