1. Provide exemplary customer service to both French and international clientele with discretion, kindness, respect, proactivity, and tact.
2. Support sales associates during product presentations and adapt to customer requests with flexibility.
3. Prepare gift packaging and certificates, and assist with the use of sales tools such as ODEIS, iPad, and tax refund systems.
4. Ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained according to management guidelines and adhere to safety regulations.
5. Organize and verify sales tables and back office areas daily, participate in visual merchandising changes, and manage inventory and supplies.
6. Deliver a unique customer experience by embodying the brand's codes and offering personalized boutique tours.
