Chaumet Sales Ambassador

- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets as set by the Boutique Manager.
- Deliver exemplary luxury client service and develop lasting client relationships, including follow-up and after‑sales support.
- Adhere to company sales, operations and security procedures at all times.
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge when advising clients and presenting jewellery.
- Support boutique merchandising, client events and marketing‑led activities in coordination with the marketing and VM teams.
- Maintain boutique standards for presentation, cleanliness, safety and client experience.
- Undertake ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager to support daily operations.
- Minimum 3 years’ retail experience with a demonstrable sales track record; luxury jewellery experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail or boutique setting.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated team player with high integrity, professional ethics and a client‑centric mindset.

Minimum three years' retail experience with a proven sales record; prior exposure to the jewellery or luxury goods sector is preferred. Demonstrated experience in client development, after‑sales service and supporting in‑store events or visual merchandising is desirable.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in retail, hospitality, sales or luxury brand management preferred.
