1. Act as an ambassador of the Maison to all clients, sharing the passion and values of Chaumet's 240-year history.
2. Deliver the Chaumet experience by welcoming clients according to the Maison's ceremonial principles.
3. Understand clients and tailor sales offerings to their profiles.
4. Achieve individual and collective commercial objectives, contributing to the boutique's commercial success.
5. Actively participate in the development of the client database through creation, consultation, and updates.
6. Work on client loyalty with targeted actions aligned with company events and activations.
7. Participate in periodic briefings and actively exchange important updates with colleagues.
8. Apply security guidelines, payment procedures, and stock management rules.
9. Acquire basic knowledge of stock, Visual Merchandising, CRM, training, and after-sales service to support the boutique.
10. Receive after-sales service clients and manage basic requests.

1. 2-4 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury goods and jewelry sector.
2. Commercial spirit with a taste for challenges and a passion for retail.
3. Strong interest in jewelry and the Chaumet brand.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, listening abilities, empathy, and team spirit.
5. Integrity and ability to adhere to procedures.
6. Cultural awareness, storytelling ability, and excellent written and oral expression.
7. Fluency in English and Chinese.
