Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Act as an ambassador of the Maison to all clients, sharing the passion and values of Chaumet's 240-year history.
- Deliver the Chaumet experience by welcoming clients according to the Maison's ceremonial principles.
- Understand clients and tailor sales offerings to their profiles.
- Achieve individual and collective commercial objectives, contributing to the boutique's commercial success.
- Actively participate in the development of the client database through creation, consultation, and updates.
- Work on client loyalty with targeted actions aligned with company events and activations.
- Participate in periodic briefings and actively exchange important updates with colleagues.
- Apply security guidelines, payment procedures, and stock management rules.
- Acquire basic knowledge of stock, Visual Merchandising, CRM, training, and after-sales service to support the boutique.
- Receive after-sales service clients and manage basic requests.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury goods and jewelry sector.
- Commercial spirit with a taste for challenges and a passion for retail.
- Strong interest in jewelry and the Chaumet brand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening abilities, empathy, and team spirit.
- Integrity and ability to adhere to procedures.
- Cultural awareness, storytelling ability, and excellent written and oral expression.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
