3. Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
4. Enhance the selling ceremony by surprising and delighting clients.
5. Cultivate new client relationships while maintaining and expanding existing ones.
6. Achieve personal and boutique sales targets.
7. Develop and manage a comprehensive customer database.
8. Engage in clienteling activities, including event invitations and VIP client preparations.
9. Participate actively in store operations, team meetings, and performance monitoring.
10. Ensure adherence to security, cashier, and stock management protocols.
11. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on displays and participate in stock-keeping and after-sales services.

1. Minimum of 3 years in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sectors.
