- Prepare for VIP client visits by selecting appropriate pieces for the occasion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet collective boutique targets.
- Participate actively in team meetings, challenges, and events.
- Monitor performance indicators and customer feedback, contributing to reporting.
- Ensure security, cashier procedures, and stock management are adhered to.
- Assist with visual merchandising, collaborating on window and internal displays.
- Participate in stock-keeping and after-sales activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sectors.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on achieving goals.
