Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador for Chaumet, embodying the brand's values and history to clients.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by adhering to the Maison’s ceremonial standards.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Achieve both individual and team sales targets to drive boutique success.
- Expand and maintain the client database through proactive engagement and relationship-building.
- Foster customer loyalty through targeted initiatives and events.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the boutique by participating in team briefings and adhering to security and operational protocols.
- Support stock management, visual merchandising, CRM, and after-sales service processes.
- Manage basic after-sales service requests and client interactions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the luxury goods and jewellery sector.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a passion for retail.
- Strong interest in jewellery and the Chaumet brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Integrity and adherence to procedural compliance.
- Cultural awareness and storytelling ability.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
