Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador of Chaumet, embodying the brand's values and sharing its rich history with clients.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by adhering to the Maison's ceremonial principles.
- Identify client needs and tailor sales offerings accordingly.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets to drive the boutique's commercial success.
- Enhance the client database through diligent management and updates.
- Foster customer loyalty through targeted actions aligned with company events and activations.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, including regular briefings and team exchanges.
- Adhere to security, payment, and stock management protocols.
- Support the boutique in areas such as stock, Visual Merchandising, CRM, and after-sales service.
- Manage basic after-sales service requests.
- 2-4 years of experience in luxury goods and jewellery sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for retail.
- Interest in jewellery and the Chaumet brand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and empathy.
- Integrity and adherence to procedures.
- Cultural awareness and storytelling ability.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury goods and jewellery sector.
