Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, embodying its values and sharing its rich heritage with clients.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, adhering to the Maison’s ceremonial principles.
- Identify client needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Achieve both individual and collective sales targets to drive the boutique's success.
- Enhance the client database through proactive engagement and meticulous record-keeping.
- Foster customer loyalty through strategic actions aligned with company events and initiatives.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, including security, payment procedures, and stock management.
- Support visual merchandising, CRM, and after-sales service activities.
- Manage basic after-sales service requests and client interactions.
- 2-4 years of experience in luxury goods and jewellery sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for retail.
- Deep interest in jewellery and the Chaumet brand.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and team spirit.
- Integrity and adherence to procedures.
- Cultural awareness and storytelling ability.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role within the luxury goods and jewellery sector.
