- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, embodying its values and history to clients.
- Deliver the Chaumet experience by welcoming clients in accordance with the Maison’s ceremonial principles.
- Identify client needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets to contribute to the boutique's success.
- Develop and maintain the client database, ensuring up-to-date client files.
- Enhance customer loyalty through targeted actions aligned with company events and activations.
- Participate in daily boutique operations, including regular briefings and exchanges with colleagues.
- Adhere to security, payment, and stock management procedures.
- Support the boutique in areas such as stock management, visual merchandising, CRM, training, and after-sales service.
- Manage basic after-sales service requests and client interactions.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury goods and jewellery sector.
- Commercial acumen with a passion for retail and a taste for challenges.
- Strong interest in jewellery and the Chaumet brand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, empathy, and teamwork.
- Integrity and adherence to procedures.
- Cultural awareness and storytelling skills with excellent written and oral communication.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Sales expertise in luxury goods.
